Project Manager
Job Responsibilities:
|
In charge of design and development of all products, including
|
|
|
- New and enhancement requirements from Product Development (PD) team
for long term projects
|
| |
- Ad hoc and short term projects from HK and CN sales
|
|
|
- Professional services for CN clients
|
|
|
Works closely with PD and Sales to understand their needs and translate them into
technical requirements
|
|
|
Recruit, train and manage a team of developers in HK and SZ to deliver projects
based on user requirements
|
Requirements:
|
|
Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
|
|
|
8
years
of programming experiences
,
including experiences in large scale e-commerce project development |
|
|
6
years of system design experiences
|
|
|
4
yrs of project management experiences
|
|
|
Hands-on
team leadership experience is a must
|
|
|
Proficient
in Java, JSP, Struts, JSTL, Ajax, HTML, XML, JavaScript, Servlet, EJB programming
|
|
|
Proficient
in Oracle or MySQL database
|
|
|
Good
Knowledge in various operating systems: Linux, Unix, Windows
|
|
|
Good
Object-oriented(OO) concepts
|
|
|
Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills
|
|
|
Good
team player and able to work independently within a tight schedule
|
|
|
Able
to communicate efficiently in Mandarin and be able to read / write Chinese functional and technical
documentations
|
