Denise Che, Chief Executive Officer
Denise brings to Wisers a proven track record of spotting opportunities for growth and turning
business vision into reality. She first joined Wisers as CFO in 2000, and became the CEO in 2004.
Coming from a background in private equity, audit and consulting, Denise has held positions
of increasing responsibility with Merrill Lynch' s Direct Investment Group, Bankers Trust's Private
Equity Department, and Deloitte-Touche in New York.
A member of the Hong Kong Women Professionals & Entrepreneurs Association, Denise is
passionate about fostering the spirit of entrepreneurship amongst female working professionals in
Hong Kong, and often speaks publicly on the topic. In addition, Denise has contributed to community
development through her work with the Youth Entrepreneurs Development Council' s YDC Adopt-a-School
Program.
Denise holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan,
Ann Arbor, where she majored in Accounting, and is a CPA.

Ada Ma, Regional Business Development Manager
With a background deeply rooted in the media industry, Ada is exceptionally qualified for her
role at Wisers as Regional Business Development Manager. She is responsible for content sourcing,
closing deals with content providers, exploring business opportunities, media and corporate
communications.
Before joining Wisers seven years ago, Ada was the Executive Secretary for the Hong Kong
Journalist Association (HKJA). Her connections within the network of media professionals in Hong
Kong have been an invaluable asset to the company.
Ada herself was a journalist, having co-hosted a current affairs phone-in program for Radio
Television Hong Kong in 1998, and writing freelance for Hong Kong daily newspapers.

Caesar Wong, Sales & Marketing Director
Caesar has over 17 years of sales, marketing and management experience with MNCs including
ExxonMobil, Sony and PCCW in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Mainland China. He helps to fuel Wisers'
growth through his innovative ideas for sales and marketing strategy and oversees company's
Customer Services, Sales and Marketing.
