HR & Admin. Officer
Job Responsibilities:
|
Manage
recruitment process, staff orientation and exit checking process
|
|
Enhance
and maintain HR & Admin filing systems and employee records
|
|
Assist
in training programs and other HR projects to achieve business objectives
|
|
Manage
general office administration and ad-hoc projects, such as, renovation, company events, etc
|
|
Responsible
for managing and maintaining office vendors relationship
|
|
Demonstrate
strong employee relationship
|
Requirements:
|
At
least 5 years experience in the Human Resources
|
|
Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills, mature, pleasant and organized
|
|
Good
computer literacy and familiarity with computerized HR systems, MS Office and Chinese input
|
|
Strong
business acumen and problem solving capability
|
|
Good
command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
|
|
Able
to work under pressure
|

|
