Business Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
|
Perform
financial and market analysis and research to support management strategies and decision
making
|
|
|
Be
responsible for investor relations including preparation of regular reports/updates for Directors
and board meeting presentations
|
|
|
Structure
and execute corporate finance engagements including fund-raising and M&A transactions
|
|
|
Liaise
with internal and external parties, such as department heads, institutional investors, legal
counsels and bankers
|
|
|
Provide
general assistance to Chief Executive Officer and Financial Controller
|
| |
|
Requirements:
|
|
Degree
holder with major in Finance, Accounting, Law or related discipline
|
|
|
Experience
in Big Four accounting firm or equivalent background highly preferred
|
|
|
A
minimum of 3-4 years’ relevant working experience in corporate finance or audit field
|
|
|
Strong
business and commercial sense
|
|
|
Solid
experience in financial and business research
|
|
|
Seasoned
interpersonal skills, self-motivated, independent and presentable
|
|
|
Proficiency
in MS office applications & Chinese word processing |
|
|
Good
command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
|
