Technical Support (PC, Lan & Server)
Job Responsibilities:
|
Provide PC and technical support to end-users
|
|
|
Carry out regular tasks for computer operations, including hardware & software
installation, application/ network management
|
|
|
Assist in ad hoc projects
|
|
|
Proactively
develop client research to understand their content needs
|
|
|
Evaluating
content budget to ensure content resources are well managed
|
|
|
Co-ordinate
with China Content team to ensure the collection of HK content well managed and marketed in
China
|
Requirements:
|
|
Diploma or above in Computer Science or Information Technology
|
|
|
Basic Programming skills are required
|
|
|
Holder of MCSE, CCNA is an advantage
|
|
|
Knowledge / concept in Internet applications
|
|
|
Flexible and hardworking
|
|
|
Can Work On Shift or Overtime and under pressure |
|
|
Self-motivated and able to work independently |
|
|
Fresh Graduation will also be considered |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
