Product Development Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Leads team members and responsible for their development, evaluation and retention.
- Understands target clients’ needs through B2B market research and analysis.
- Develop and implement effective business strategy with measurable performance indicators
within resource thresholds.
- Champion new product ideas from inception to realization through effective collaboration
with multiple teams.
- Refine and Innovate pricing strategies to ensure product competitiveness and profitability. - Co-responsible with the local Sales Team for the P&L of China Products.
- Identify strategic business partners and develop profitable alliance in the area.
- Provides sales with product training and marketing support.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years management experience required (2 of which must be in the
Banking/ Finance, Education, Media or Web/ eBusiness/ IT sector). A relevant business degree/
MBA preferred. A candidate with less relevant experiences will be considered for the
Assistant Manager position.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and result-oriented with solid communications skills and a
market orientation. Strong in overall business acumen.
- Must be a hard working, fast learning team player who takes interest in problem resolution. - Excellent communication and presentation skills (Mandarin and English).
- Experience in B2B Market Research a plus.
